"I'm Lauren. I'm Melbourne-based lifestyle and women's issues journalist, an avid reader, gamer and food enthusiast. The story I am proudest of covered the impact of endometriosis on women in Canberra and hope to continue to write interesting and informative pieces that centre women and our lived experiences.
I've been writing most of my life in some way or another, and am currently working on a repunzel retelling in my spare time. I have a beautiful little black cat called Porcini and will probably be a birdwatcher in my old age. I've travelled to over 20 different countries in my 25 years on this earth, my favourite of which were Italy and Vietnam. I dream of publishing a novel, of walking across Spain and learning a language. I hate driving, but love blasting my music and singing at the top of my lungs with the windows down. I dance my way through the grocery aisles just as much as life generally."
